Le sport sans performance n'est pas vraiment du sport. Dans toutes les activit\u00e9s sportives conscientes, il s'agit toujours d'aller plus vite, de gagner ou de perdre. Toutefois, il n'est possible d'\u00eatre plus performant que si l'on est en forme dans sa t\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas de sport sans forme physique, pas de victoire sans entra\u00eenement - physique et mental. Le coaching est \u00e9galement une forme physique. Et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la forme mentale - la forme dans la t\u00eate. Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que le sport de comp\u00e9tition est \u00e0 l'origine du coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Histoire du coaching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coaching a \u00e9t\u00e9 promu par Timothy Gallwey, un auteur am\u00e9ricain de best-sellers et consultant en ressources humaines. Gallwey a \u00e9t\u00e9 capitaine de l'\u00e9quipe de tennis de Harvard et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 la philosophie \"<em>L'adversaire dans sa propre t\u00eate est bien pire que l'adversaire de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du filet.<\/em>.\" (se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant au tennis - livre de non-fiction best-seller \"The Inner Game\").<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des ann\u00e9es suivantes, le coaching s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au point d'\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9ussite professionnelle - de l'apprenti \u00e0 la direction - du coaching pour PME aux grandes entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CSBp = coaching pour le sport, la vie professionnelle et personnelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Coaching<\/em> est polyvalent et peut s'appliquer \u00e0 de nombreux domaines de la vie. Dans les sports d'\u00e9quipe, que ce soit le football, le hockey sur glace ou d'autres sports d'\u00e9quipe, partout o\u00f9 les relations humaines doivent \u00eatre encourag\u00e9es en plus de la performance sportive. Les relations humaines sont essentielles dans une \u00e9quipe et se retrouvent aussi bien dans la vie professionnelle que priv\u00e9e. Elles sont en fin de compte une question d'attitude personnelle ou de style de vie. Celui-ci influence nos actions et nos pens\u00e9es, qui \u00e0 leur tour influencent nos relations - et celles-ci sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9cisives dans le sport d'\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conclusion : le coaching est utile et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 partout !<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ceux qui font du sport savent que le fitness est extr\u00eamement important.
