Elle est diff\u00e9rente pour chaque personne. Par cons\u00e9quent, les gens trouvent diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res de g\u00e9rer le stress. La r\u00e9silience est une sorte de syst\u00e8me immunitaire interne. Elle est influenc\u00e9e par l'histoire personnelle, la perception de soi et la structure de la personnalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l'individu est conscient de ses strat\u00e9gies personnelles optimales, il peut faire face aux d\u00e9fis de la vie avec ses propres moyens. Dans plusieurs articles, je pr\u00e9sente les quatre orientations fondamentales de la personnalit\u00e9 et leur potentiel pour la r\u00e9silience. Les facteurs de r\u00e9silience sont form\u00e9s par la propre cure de la personnalit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Connaissance des conditions de la sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le surmenage va jusqu'au burn-out, la question de la sant\u00e9 psychique se pose imm\u00e9diatement. Klaus Grawes (1943 - 2005) s'est pench\u00e9 sur cette question. Psychoth\u00e9rapeute et professeur \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de Berne, il a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une psychoth\u00e9rapie bas\u00e9e sur les neurosciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2003, il a publi\u00e9 le livre \"Neuropsychotherapie\". Il y aborde la question des \"besoins fondamentaux de l'homme et de la sant\u00e9 mentale\" en se basant sur les r\u00e9sultats de Freud, Adler, Rogers, Maslow et Epstein ainsi que sur d'autres r\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de psychologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a finalement identifi\u00e9 quatre besoins fondamentaux. Le besoin de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Augmentation de la valeur personnelle<\/li><li>Orientation et contr\u00f4le<\/li><li>Lien et appartenance<\/li><li>Gain de d\u00e9sir<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L'important pour la sant\u00e9 mentale est de savoir dans quelle mesure une personne parvient \u00e0 satisfaire ces besoins, et ce de mani\u00e8re autodirig\u00e9e. Dans sa th\u00e9orie de la coh\u00e9rence, Grawe montre les aspects de la sant\u00e9 mentale. En outre, Grawe montre que les personnes d\u00e9veloppent diff\u00e9rents moyens et voies pour poursuivre ou atteindre leurs objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n'est qu'en connaissant sa propre personnalit\u00e9, ses ressources, ses forces, ses croyances ainsi que ses saboteurs, ses blocages et ses blocages qu'une personne peut prendre des mesures prometteuses pour son d\u00e9veloppement personnel. La confrontation avec ses propres sch\u00e9mas de pens\u00e9e, ses propres convictions et ses propres dialogues int\u00e9rieurs est un puissant motivateur pour chacun, pour les collaborateurs, les clients et les consommateurs, et ouvre la voie au changement ainsi qu'\u00e0 plus de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et de libert\u00e9 avec soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La r\u00e9silience est une force de r\u00e9sistance int\u00e9rieure.
