Les personnes suivantes ont suivi la formation chez Coachingplus et ont pass\u00e9 l'examen avec succ\u00e8s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Baltensperger-R\u00f6dter Gabriela, conseill\u00e8re\/formatrice en communication<\/li><li>Brunner Jonas, coach<\/li><li>Brunschweiler Achi, responsable de la formation<\/li><li>Eigenmann Jeanine, chef de service<\/li><li>Fischer Ursula, Assistante du CGO<\/li><li>Messina Laura, Economiste d'assurance ES<\/li><li>Schimanke Holger, consultant senior \/ partenaire<\/li><li>Thomann Renate, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en gestion d'entreprise VWA \/ commerciale industrielle IHK<\/li><li>W\u00fcthrich Sandra, Responsable RH avec dipl\u00f4me f\u00e9d\u00e9ral<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Coachingplus f\u00e9licite les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s qui ont r\u00e9ussi. Le brevet sera d\u00e9cern\u00e9 le 10 f\u00e9vrier 2017 \u00e0 Olten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les personnes qualifi\u00e9es disposant d'une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle peuvent, apr\u00e8s une formation continue de 22,5 jours, passer l'examen professionnel f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de \"Mentor d'entreprise brevet\". Le certificat FA est bien positionn\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail suisse et donne plus de poids \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 professionnelle et m\u00e9thodologique d'un sp\u00e9cialiste. Dans la formation initiale et continue en entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que comp\u00e9tence professionnelle \u00e9largie dans les ressources humaines ou en tant que conseiller\/coach de travail. Le brevet de mentor d'entreprise est d\u00e9sormais un titre professionnel reconnu par l'\u00c9tat et ouvre de bonnes perspectives aux professionnels engag\u00e9s dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement
