Il semble alcoolis\u00e9<\/strong>. La conversation a lieu. A la fin, il se l\u00e8ve, dit qu'il va maintenant chercher son enfant au jardin d'enfants et sort la cl\u00e9 de la voiture de sa poche. Que faire \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces situations sont rares et pourtant elles font partie de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du coaching. Ce sont <strong>dilemmes \u00e9thiques<\/strong>. <strong>Situations dans lesquelles plusieurs actions s'imposent simultan\u00e9ment - mais s'excluent mutuellement<\/strong>. Le respect d'un principe entra\u00eene n\u00e9cessairement la violation d'un autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l'exemple concret, la <strong>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9venir les dommages<\/strong> d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 - et le <strong>Principe de confidentialit\u00e9 dans le setting de coaching<\/strong> sur l'autre. La situation d\u00e9crite se pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 court terme. C'est pourquoi il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l'avance aux sch\u00e9mas de r\u00e9action possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alors, comment puis-je trouver des options d'action viables ?<\/strong><br>Je dois conna\u00eetre mes propres valeurs et principes \u00e9thiques. En m'affiliant \u00e0 une association, j'ai accept\u00e9 un code \u00e9thique qui offre \u00e9galement des lignes directrices. Sur cette base, je r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis \u00e0 mes propres exp\u00e9riences de coaching et j'int\u00e8gre les connaissances acquises lors de s\u00e9ances de supervision et d'\u00e9changes entre pairs. La r\u00e9flexion sur sa propre perception fait \u00e9galement partie du professionnalisme. Ai-je v\u00e9cu des situations similaires ? Est-ce que je r\u00e9agis plus fortement que ne l'exige la situation actuelle ? Cette clarification permet d'\u00e9viter les d\u00e9cisions h\u00e2tives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l'exemple concret, il en r\u00e9sulte un point de d\u00e9cision central : existe-t-il un danger imminent ? Et comment r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 cette \u00e9valuation ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La variante suivante n'est pas une recette. Elle est un exemple de ce \u00e0 quoi pourrait ressembler une ligne d'action.<\/strong> Je repense \u00e0 l'entretien. Si j'arrive \u00e0 la conclusion, sur la base du langage, de la mimique et du comportement, qu'il existe un danger imminent, je le mentionne clairement. Je fais savoir que je limite la confidentialit\u00e9 dans cette situation. En m\u00eame temps, j'indique ma perception et ma responsabilit\u00e9 - en particulier en ce qui concerne l'enfant. Il en r\u00e9sulte une demande claire : une alternative s\u00fbre, par exemple un taxi. Si la personne \u00e0 coacher refuse, j'annonce que je vais mettre fin \u00e0 la collaboration et je pr\u00e9cise que je me r\u00e9serve le droit d'informer des tiers comme derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape de l'escalade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D'autres approches sont envisageables. L'essentiel est qu'elles n'apparaissent pas au moment le plus aigu. <strong>Celui qui est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un dilemme \u00e9thique examine les options possibles, p\u00e8se les valeurs et les risques et clarifie quelle action correspond \u00e0 sa propre responsabilit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des mod\u00e8les tels que le mod\u00e8le ACTION de Turner &amp; Passmore (2018) utilis\u00e9 ici ou le Global Code of Ethics offrent une orientation. Non pas comme un mod\u00e8le.
