Un regard sur l'histoire et les inventions de l'humanit\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e8le non seulement des progr\u00e8s technologiques, mais aussi une ali\u00e9nation croissante des rythmes naturels.<\/strong><br><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Les premi\u00e8res horloges m\u00e9caniques, utilis\u00e9es publiquement au 13e si\u00e8cle, ont marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but du \"temps artificiel\". Avant cette invention, le temps \u00e9tait li\u00e9 aux cycles naturels : On se couchait avec la lune et on se levait avec le soleil.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>L'invention de l'ampoule \u00e9lectrique a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but du triomphe de la lumi\u00e8re artificielle. Il \u00e9tait d\u00e9sormais possible de continuer \u00e0 travailler apr\u00e8s le coucher du soleil et d'intensifier et de prolonger la journ\u00e9e de travail.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>\u00c0 partir du 18e si\u00e8cle, le monde a \u00e9t\u00e9 de plus en plus marqu\u00e9 par des appareils facilitant le travail. Aujourd'hui, les produits sont en partie fabriqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e par des machines. Nos lettres ne sont plus manuscrites, mais r\u00e9dig\u00e9es via des e-mails et m\u00eame par l'intelligence artificielle. Les technologies nous d\u00e9chargent d\u00e9sormais de nombreuses t\u00e2ches et facilitent notre quotidien.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Temps artificiel, lumi\u00e8re artificielle, intelligence artificielle - la liste pourrait encore s'allonger : vitamines artificielles, alimentation artificielle, m\u00e9dicaments artificiels. Ces d\u00e9veloppements sont autant de tentatives de gagner du temps et de rendre la vie plus efficace. Mais paradoxalement, le temps semble se faire de plus en plus rare.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Qu'est-ce que ce rythme de vie artificiel fait \u00e0 notre \u00e2me ? Le quatri\u00e8me rapport AXA Mental Health Report de 2024 fournit des chiffres alarmants : 31 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent souffrir actuellement de d\u00e9pression, de troubles anxieux, de troubles alimentaires, de troubles obsessionnels compulsifs ou d'autres maladies psychiques. Parmi les moins de 25 ans, ce chiffre atteint m\u00eame 41 pour cent. Ces chiffres illustrent l'impact de l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration continue de notre quotidien sur notre sant\u00e9 mentale.
