Pourtant, la gratitude a le potentiel d'am\u00e9liorer notre vie \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards, de notre sant\u00e9 mentale \u00e0 nos relations interpersonnelles. Mais pourquoi la gratitude est-elle si importante et comment pouvons-nous l'int\u00e9grer consciemment dans notre vie ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si la gratitude est souvent per\u00e7ue comme une \u00e9motion, elle est avant tout une d\u00e9cision consciente de voir ce qui est bon et sain dans la vie. Ce n'est pas un hasard si les mots \"remercier\" et \"penser\" ne se distinguent que par une lettre. La gratitude signifie reconna\u00eetre ce qui existe et l'appr\u00e9cier \u00e0 sa juste valeur. C'est une attitude - un changement de focalisation qui s'\u00e9loigne de ce qui manque pour se concentrer sur ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0. Ou comme le dit le professeur de psychologie Robert Emmons : \"La gratitude est le sentiment d'\u00e9merveillement et de c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la vie\". Mais ce sentiment ne na\u00eet pas de lui-m\u00eame, il s'agit d'une d\u00e9cision volontaire aux cons\u00e9quences positives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gratitude est une force \u00e0 ne pas sous-estimer, dont les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9 du corps, de l'esprit et de l'\u00e2me ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9s. Elle augmente notre bien-\u00eatre, car elle stimule la production d'hormones du bonheur comme la dopamine et la s\u00e9rotonine. La gratitude am\u00e9liore le sommeil, r\u00e9duit les ruminations et diminue les humeurs d\u00e9pressives. Elle r\u00e9duit le stress et renforce la r\u00e9sistance tant psychique que physique ainsi que le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gratitude am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement nos relations. Elle nous permet non seulement de voir notre propre monde sous un meilleur jour, mais aussi les personnes qui nous entourent. La gratitude t\u00e9moign\u00e9e a un effet valorisant et encourageant. Elle favorise les liens, renforce la confiance et soutient le sentiment d'\u00eatre accept\u00e9. La gratitude exige une d\u00e9cision consciente et doit \u00eatre apprise et entra\u00een\u00e9e, mais elle offre un retour infini.
