(Mark Twain)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promouvoir les points forts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les personnes qui se concentrent sur le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs points forts peuvent atteindre un niveau de performance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Se concentrer sur les points forts n'est pas le contraire de r\u00e9duire les points faibles - les points forts ont leurs propres mod\u00e8les. En ce sens, il ne sert pas \u00e0 grand-chose de corriger les faiblesses pour devenir fort. Les cinq forces \/ capacit\u00e9s dominantes sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Discussion finale : Entra\u00eener les talents - un principe important pour notre d\u00e9veloppement professionnel est de se concentrer sur nos capacit\u00e9s. Celui-ci devient de plus en plus grand au fur et \u00e0 mesure que nous lui accordons de l'espace et que nous l'encourageons (env. 2 heures).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le changement de point de vue sur vos points forts vous permettra de faire de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences, de mettre l'accent sur les ressources - vos capacit\u00e9s.
