Il utilise pour cela des principes d'entra\u00eenement qui conduisent \u00e0 des effets positifs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des stimuli cibl\u00e9s. Les personnes coach\u00e9es constatent une am\u00e9lioration de leurs comp\u00e9tences sociales et \u00e9motionnelles ainsi que de leurs capacit\u00e9s cognitives. Leur r\u00e9sistance psychique et physique ainsi que leur conscience de soi sont entra\u00een\u00e9es, ce qui conduit finalement \u00e0 une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 personnelle.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Objectif, utilit\u00e9 et b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la formation<br \/><\/strong>Au cours de la formation, le coach apprend - en se basant sur les derni\u00e8res d\u00e9couvertes de la recherche sur le cerveau - \u00e0 comprendre les processus mentaux (les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives du cerveau) et \u00e0 utiliser ces processus avec succ\u00e8s dans le coaching. Le coach apprend ce qu'il en est du mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9action aux stimuli, comment fonctionnent le contr\u00f4le des impulsions et la flexibilit\u00e9 mentale et pourquoi la capacit\u00e9 de concentration peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la ressource de l'avenir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application<br \/><\/strong>Le coach mental certifi\u00e9 accompagne les personnes dans leur vie professionnelle, sportive et priv\u00e9e et encourage leur performance mentale et leur r\u00e9sistance psychique.\u00a0<br \/>Le coaching mental, c'est-\u00e0-dire l'entra\u00eenement mental, n'est pas une forme de th\u00e9rapie, mais un coaching comportemental classique et un entra\u00eenement neurocentr\u00e9. Il convient toutefois parfaitement pour compl\u00e9ter et soutenir les psychoth\u00e9rapies et les th\u00e9rapies de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation ainsi que dans l'int\u00e9gration au travail (jobcoaching).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bases de la formation<br \/><\/strong>Les bases d'un coaching mental ou d'un entra\u00eenement mental sont la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de certains sch\u00e9mas d'action, ce qui permet au cerveau de mieux s'interconnecter et d'\u00eatre mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 des exigences r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. Le cerveau devient plus performant dans la mise en \u0153uvre des fonctions ex\u00e9cutives. Le coaching mental permet une gestion des \u00e9motions qui s'affirme et un \u00e9tat d'esprit positif - la mentalit\u00e9 du gagnant. D'un point de vue neurobiologique, un entra\u00eenement mental r\u00e9gulier entra\u00eene un d\u00e9veloppement du syst\u00e8me nerveux.
